Conjure a magical tornado with a radius of 10ft. The tornado moves the entire distance of the spell in one turn, and damages and disables any target caught within its path. The tornado deals 1d4 damage per caster level, and disables for one turn. While disabled, only swift actions or quicker actions can be cast.
The tornado also nauseates the creatures caught for the full duration. To avoid being nauseated, a fortitude save is made by the victim. While in the tornado, the victim is immune to many projectile-based attacks.
