Any area with a faint magic presence contains the past, from the moment of the arrival of magic to the place, to now.
The Wizard casts To the past and travels to the past, with a maximum time travel that is the number of minutes equal to his caster level. The Wizard sees the scene, perfectly recreated from magic, and can move within it, and see very small details, and stop time to study. The Wizard goes back, forward, and moves very rapidly within this picture. The Wizard starts his past travel at the time of his choosing. The Wizard can travel forward and backward through his vision of the past at a faster speed, the pace of which is only limited by his intelligence. This speed is equal to 1% per intelligence modifier. During fast travel, the Wizard can only see and hear normally, and cannot zoom on specific elements.
