Ice Arrow is an extremely powerful spell from the Morin family. It has a long casting time but enormous damage and utility. The spellcaster first creates the arrow, then launches it at an enemy. If the arrow hits the enemy, then the physical damage, cold damage and cold effects are applied. The cold effect lasts a full turn (3 ticks) and affects both Reflexes and speed.
To calculate the attack roll of the ice arrow, one must do: 1d20 + BAB + INT + ATTACK BONUS + (any other bonus)
