The divine spellcaster uses this spell to inject divine water into a gaping wound, and steal his opponent's power to offer it to his God. The affected humanoid loses his mana quickly, at -10% max caster level per turn.
The spell breaks if the wound is closed by flesh or armor in such a way that water cannot get through. The spell also has a maximum distance of 30 ft.
